They just passed a loaded autorack, normally higher priority in the siding. The dispatcher is doing all he can to get these guys to Harriman, park them in South Water siding and get a relief crew on duty.

Description:  As soon as the shots were done and they having to meet 23K between 233 and Owego, they slowed to do the rolling meet, unfortunatly it was where you could not get a shot (it was a perfect rolling meet at Front St in Owego), so we raced to get to a location further east. we stopped at Depot st in Campville and not long after the stop, he they were.
