Description:  The power for M781 is tied down on the old N.C.& St.L. Columbia Branch trackage at Lewisburg. This line originally ran from a connection with the N.C.&St.L. at Decherd, TN to Columbia, TN. The section between Columbia and Lewisburg was abandoned in 1945 while the section between Decherd and Fayetteville hung on until the mid-80's. CSX uses the remaining few miles to serve the Berry Plastics facility on the east side of Lewisburg.

Another crew usually works the GM Plant at Spring Hill (the main traffic source on the line), however it has been furloughed due to Covid-19.
