Album Info:On 1/15/07 four CSX railcars began rolling South near Winchester and struck two Northbound locomotives that had been decoupled from their train, parked and evacuated. The impact caused an explosion fueled by a tank car carrying butyl acetate. CSX 151 and CSX 403 were destroyed along with the four railcars. Thankfully, no one was injured.
