Album Info:My second trip to Chicago this summer would include Lafayette, mostly in search for the SD40-2's that are on J726, and also for the last few semaphores. I missed out on the 726, but I got more than I bargained for anyway, so It wasn't a bust by any means. Come Sunday, we head back up to the Southside of Chicago. Most of my time was spent at Dolton, with a few shots from Barr, and Blue Island. CSX provided very nice power for todays standards, and kept the trains coming! Sunday found about 21 trains in 5 1/2 hours. More than once I was found running from place to place to get in a better position. From an NS Highood, to Conrail blue EMD's, to the IHB SD20, this trip was a huge success! Thanks for looking!

Title:  CSXT 8805
Description:  Another SD40-2 appears for this foamer to shoot, this time the 8805. Later on I would shoot the 8804 at the Barr facilities, but I wont post that because of the yellow tubes obstructing the engines a bit. So I shot the 8803,8804, and 8805 in a span of less than 24 hours! Not bad!

Description:  Two YN2 MAC's in a row come off the C&EI at Dolton! Problem with this is that I wasn't expecting this guy to come off the C&EI and go onto the CSX. So, Im stuck with my 75-300mm lense, and had to make do with this shot. To make matters worse, one of the few repainted C40-8's was trailing, so I had to try to squeeze in a roster shot of that as well...
