A classic scene which will disapper into history, this is a sad reminder of what will happen to the greatest and most true Minnesota railroad, in the next couple of years following this photo, 3/4ths of the SD38/AC/-2 fleet was retired, many of the SD40 - 3 Tunnel Motors gone or repainted, and the SDMs, the best DM&IR rebuilds dissappering into history. The railroad's spirit will still be with us and it will never be forgotten.
