Crossing the Skagit: 1990  Contributor's Pick!       
BN's New West Local heads northbound across the Skagit River Bridge between Burlington and Mt Vernon WA in Jun 1990. The bridge was built with a swing section, although it's undoubtedly been many years since it was used as such. Power is GP38 2178 and GP38-2 2091.
