Brian Giannamore	General	This is an SW9 from the Monessen Southwestern RY, a line owned by Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel. Wheeling shut its Monessen plant down in 1986, along with the railroad. W&LE currently owns the line and uses it daily to service the coke plant--the only surviviving portionof the steel mill, now owned by Koppers.	2/15/2007 8:32:49 PM
