Black River Flooding
This was the highest I've ever seen the water on Black River. It was a record crest, and it was the highest water anybody I knew had ever seen, including some people in their 90's. Usually the water is a good 20 feet below the bridge here.

David Mead General Good record. You must have had some nasty storms there to do that. In England in Summer 2007, there were two dreadful periods when some of our rail lines were completely flooded and embankments washed away. Politicians say its global warming and we must all do our bit to save the planet ( apart from politicians of course who are exempt !!! - they keep authorising more air runways - instead of rail re-openings! ). 4/2/2008 3:01:23 AM
