| This Missouri Pacific Bicentennial unit was built as the 481 in December 1962 and was renumbered 1976 in the general system renumbering of 1973. It was repainted into bicentennial colors in 1976 and was retired in 1984. Somewhere along the line, it received paper air filters, a feature that was not very common on older MP geeps. |
