Jared Blocker	General	Part of NS's capital spending program for 2000 was rehabilitating the line to bypass Atlanta. It was soon axed however when NS was struggling with their portion of Conrail. Fortunately, they are still keeping it. A few years ago the track crews were clearing brush on the Griffin side of the line, but soon left it and nothing else happened.	3/16/2009 7:34:02 PM
