The V92 heads south to tie down so a train coming from Mt. Jackson can come through, heading to Shenandoah  Contributor's Pick!       
My guess was correct! Over the scanner I learned that V94 was coming from Mt. Jackson and will be re-crewed and designated as NS 932 at the bridge. NS 932 will take that train to Shenandoah.
