I could distinguish it had been rebuilt by hearing the deturbo'd locomotive & the fact it had the air filter box cut into the dynamic brakes housing. I wasn't sure if it had been rebuilt into a GP38-2 or an SD38-2.	8/23/2009 5:12:14 PM
