The old Homan Avenue tower, built circa 1903 by the Chicago & Erie Railroad is looking pretty forlorn, there are attempts to save this structure

Sam Beck General The tower was actually built by the Chicago & Erie Railroad. The structure might be moved this year, pending the approval of a couple of proposals. 8/26/2009 12:20:23 AM
