| The defect detectors at Laurel Hill and Belmont both missed this one, but the engineer of S176 waiting at River didn't and radioed ahead to this CSX Q439 about the dragging EOT, amazingly still functioning properly here, though I'm sure the crews who just got done laying in new ties on the Trenton Line probably would hardly have believed it. |
