William H. Davis Jr.	General	I normally don't shoot this junk. The only reason I did is it was a Military Train. I got blocked by Q220 where I wanted to film the train on an overhead bridge near 24th Street. I had to really step on the gas to beat the train to 13th Street as they move faster through 13th Street now that both NS & CSXT don't have the 10 MPH restriction that was on the 13th Street Interlocking for years. I drove up, got out, climbed the hill, got my shot & right back to my car. Perfect timing. Not to mention I was lucky with all the red lights being green. Doesn't always work out in my favor & when it doesn't I have to keep chasing until I get a shot	12/29/2009 9:22:31 PM
