NPT Alco S1 #31 - Northern Pacific Terminal         
Built by Alco in 7/1940 (sn69201), the loco served the Nothern Pacific Terminal well. The all-Alco railroad changed its name to the Portland Terminal of Oregon (PTRC). Loco went to YW as 604, then Port of Tacoma 704. This is a Robert Larson photo
