| The Ney Yard dead line. Surprisingly, none of these locomotives have their stacks capped and many have open cab doors and windows. It seems recently they have also attracted the attention of local graffiti artists. If you search for UP 2174, which is in this line, you will see gunshot damage to the cab. I estimate there are 50 to 60 locomotives in this line. Perhaps this is the misfit bunch. |
