| The Phase IV paint scheme celebrating the 40th Anniversary of Amtrak makes its debut on the Capitol Limited (Train PO30). Fresh out of the Beech Grove, Indiana shops. #66 in Phase II paint was right behind this one. It made its first debut on 4/1/2011. The train was 45 minutes late but that allowed just enough sun to be shining on it. |
