| BNSF's afternoon yard hopper job that runs from Malabar to Los Angeles Junction's A Yard to Commerce Yard skipped the last stop on this day as it picked up 49 loads from the Los Angeles Junction (mostlly hidden by those white buildings on the left there). The train is seen here pulling out of the LAJ and heading home to Malabar on a brief bit of Union Pacific trackage rights as it pulls across the LA River on LASL track next to Downy Road. The extra third diesel is likely a unit being leased to LAJ rotating out for maintainence. |
