Mark Fryer General The two tracks in the foreground belong to the Effingham Railroad [EFRR] and are the used as storage tracks and or interchange tracks. The track nearest the camera is being used for car storage of 19 covered hoppers at present. 8/20/2011 8:43:54 PM
