Andrew Blaszczyk	General	FYI, this is CR WPSA03 aka SA3. They are shoving back to serve The Spotswood Mill and/or Inland Container in Spotswood. The switches for these industries face east so they need to shove rather than have a locomotive lead.	2/14/2012 11:03:12 AM
