Ron Moraca General Those old locos don't have ready-made parts when something breaks or wears out, either. A retired train repairman (BN) I know said more often than not, for an older locomotive (GP/SD7-26), they had to remanufacture the part(s) or cannabalize other same-era locos already retired for what they needed. 12/20/2004 12:44:42 AM
