| Another view of the mural in Dothan depicting early industries of the area. The present day Bayline railroad that runs from Dothan to Panama City began as a logging railroad so perhaps this is what is being depicted here. I'm certainly not an expert on logging lines but it appears the artist may have taken a few liberties in his depiction seen here. Where there locomotives with wheels that seemed to wrap around the rail rather than have the inside only flange?? And where there chain driven locomotives?? |
