Can't really see the engine, AMTK 66, but here it is entering a Lynchburg railroad landmark, the Rivermont Tunnel         
Hard to believe, but the Southern Ry. through the tunnel was double-tracked until c. 1962, as was its entire mainline from Washington to Atlanta in days gone by
