WAB 4-8-2 #2819 - Wabash RR  Contributor's Pick!       
Built in 1930 by Baldwin Locomotive Works, these "mountain-type" locomotives were intended for freights bewteen Montpelier, Ohio and Decatur, IL. It had 70" drivers, 235 psi, engine weight of 406,400 lb and an overall engine/tender wheelbase of 83.83'.
