13T undecorated  Contributor's Pick!
NS was taking delivery of new power in the early years of the 2000 decade. Rather than have the builders paint it, they would take delivery "undecorated" and paint the units as they came through the shops in Altoona and Chattanooga. This resulted in quite a few units running around in primer for several months. Here a pair of them leads 13T at the old DLW station.
