Edward Artman	General	picture, you are looking up from front of Locomotive Shop to the office building.It contained offices of the Master Mechanic and Senior General Car Foreman. The Wandle ( from W and LE) House for the lodging of crews was 1/2 mile away on Wabash Avenue across the street from the freight and division offices-former passenger station.	1/24/2016 12:24:03 PM
