This is an example of an American-type locomotive built by Baldwin in 1914. It was a D11-s class loco with 68.5" drivers, developing 210 psi boiler pressure and delivering 15,059 lb of tractive force. Looks as if the loco is on a storage or scrap line with others of its class which were eventually scrapped between 1941-45. Date is approximate. Warren W. McCleary Jr photo. |
