PRR 2-8-0 #8829 - Pennsylvania RR  Contributor's Pick!       
A Hoosier Pennsy! Originally built for the Cincinnati, Chicago & St Louis RR by the Pittsburgh Locomotive & Car Works as a class H9s, it was later absorbed into the Pennsylvania roster. The loco had 62" drivers, 205 psi boiler pressure delivered to its 25"x28" cylinders. Engine weight was 237,200 lb and it produced a tractive effort of 49,183 lb. No photographer listed.
