| Possibly the most well known location on the Tier was Tioga Center, up til 1992 the location of a pair of semaphores that were across the tracks from each other. Conrail replaced them as seen here. Somehow, tri lights didnt quite have the same charm. OIBU has 73 cars today and a mix of power. |
