CSX W009 with DOTX Cars  Contributor's Pick!       
On Veterans Day 2014, I caught a rather patriotic looking move on CSXs New Castle Subdivision. CSX #2200 (Road Slug) and CSX #6406 (GP40-2) led W009 east through Lowellville, Ohio at 12:40pm on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 with two red, white, and blue painted cars belonging to the Federal Railroad Administration. The baggage car is DOTX 223, followed by DOTX 219, the Federal Railroad Administrations Office of Safety.
