After Conrail abandoned the Erie main through Goshen and Chester, MTA built stations to accomodate trains running on the new rouite, via the Graham Line and Moodna Viaduct. Harriman also got a new station east of Newburgh Jct, as the old one was on the Erie main just west of NJ. Here a pair of RDCs of NYC heritage make their stop with an afternoon shuttle that will connect with a Hoboken train at Suffern. |
