Tom Beckett	General	Definitely worth not seeing NS power for this. These units became the KCS 3900 series units by renumbering from 16XX to 39XX, units keeping their last two digits, and relettering the long hoods. There are only a few left in this scheme now, almost all have been relettered and renumbered. I recently spotted stablemate TFM 1654 in this scheme at Neosho on a TXUX coal train. This is a really good catch, as this scheme is not long for the world.	2/26/2017 2:05:10 AM

TFM 1656 on 18N
TFM SD70MAC is last out on 18N. Although it blocked out K044 with NS power, this was still worth it.
