At 1:05pm on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, northbound loaded coal train 554-21 passed under the East Federal Street bridge in Youngstown, Ohio with a pretty cool lead unit! (Ex- Soo) CP #6260 (SD60M) led NS #2513 (SD70) and NS #8780 (C40-9) on this train which is headed north on the Youngstown Line to Avon Lake, Ohio.
