Brand new Tier 4 credit unit leads NS 16Z
This locomotive is a regular ES44AC (UP classifies this a C45AH). So it puts out Tier 3 emissions but GE is using emission credits to manufacture Tier 3 locomotives in 2015. However for every "credit unit" a rr purchases in 2015 they must purchase a Tier 4 unit.
