No 201 is a RSD-4 built by Aloc for Kennecott Copper Company. Kennecott used it in the company's Nevada & Utah mining operations to pull trains of ore to the smelter. Kennecott donated 201 to Northwest Railway Museum in 1984. The museum give it a thorough mechanical overhaul. It remains fully operational & regularly pulls trains on the museum's Snoqualmie Valley Railroad. |
