Judging by what little you can see of the hood louvers, and the fan housing on top of the hood (which standard SWs never had in this form, and the fact that its radiator grille has been removed, and there are still two full-size exhaust stacks, I would say this is a modified SW7.

Judging from the modifications listed in Steve Young’s comment, I believe this is an ex UP SW10 rebuilt switcher.
