WSOR 4078 light engine and LHF trundles back to J'ville from Bardwell         
Approaching Van Allen Road. Welded rail was installed along this stretch this spring, but surfacing work is still not finished and thus speed is still 10 MPH. Had been 25 on the jointed rail that was replaced!
