| WABH 11 rolls down the DLW main, now reaching west BD-see the signal above the engine-where it will get onto the remaining part of the DLW main to get back to downtown Binghamton. The empties will either be picked up by OIBU or OIEL, or if there is a whole train(90 cars) and a UNG coming, that power will turn with them. |
