| RPPY has just left East Binghamton, and is passing BLS Shaws. By this time, trains have usually cleared the south limit of the yard. There is still a slow slog to the end of the double track south of Conklin, as there is a 10 MPH speed restriction in place. Its a drag for the crews, but a great opportunity for photographers. |
