| Nice example of an 1906 Alco-Brooks built 4-6-2 Pacific as it sits in the 81st yard in Chicago, IL. This loco was a K-2 class Pacific and was rebuilt by the Monon shops in 1921. The class was retired between 1939-47 with CIL #412 being retired in December of 1940 but sold for scrap much later, February of 1947. and. Unknown photographer |
