PRR 6053, EF-30A, 1966
Tyrone. Here is an original photo that I took of a Pennsylvania Railroad train in Tyrone, Pennsylvania, on 16 April 1966. Shown here (F to R) are PRR engines #6053, #6052, and another unit whose number is not recorded. #6053 and #6052 are both EF-30A's built by EMD in 1966 and rated at 3,000 horsepower each. They are pulling an eastbound merchandise freight train through the Tyrone Station.

Peter Hultgren General Interesting photo. I notice the rear keystone logo of lead unit 6053 is reflecting off the windshield of trailing unit 6052. Nicely composed picture - well done! 8/7/2016 12:53:41 PM
