Carter Buchanan	General	Hard to believe the excitement of the C&WC getting CTC. Now almost a decade later, CSX closed the Clinchfield and this siding is storing empty intermodal cars (as of May 23, 2016) and just the locals, the Belton ethanol train and possibly the Cliffside coal train are all that's left. Here is the S end of Kilgore siding. There are new signal mounts in place and for the first time ever, the C&WC will receive some CTC!
