CSX train Q-602-11 sits ready to depart Gentilly Yard with a great consisq of 4-axle locomotives: SP GP40-2 7617, CSXT GP38 2045, and SP&B30-7 7844. The CSX lettering on the middle unit is so small that from this distance it appears to be a B&O Chessie Qystem locomotive, though the CSX number does give a clue to its ownership. I would not have thought a locomotive in decent Chessie System paint would be around to mix with locolotives in Southern Pacific's last paint scheme! |
