| The spur leading from the former CNW yard to the shipyard was reconditioned in 2013. The shipyard, owned by the Italian firm Fincantieri Marine Group Co., is the home of Marinette Marine. Fincantieri finalized the purchase of the shipyard in 2009, after which, many improvements were made, including the rail spur, to improve production. |
