Photo Caption: "Pennsylvania Railroad employees with engine No. 1398 at the Altoona rail yards." Prominent here is PRR engine #1398, an H-3 (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built in the Altoona Machine Shops during January of 1891 and retired in May of 1912 after 21 years of faithful service. |
