| This was a view facing east from the Linwood Avenue Overpass in Shreveport. The track on the left belonged to the Southern Pacific, as did the the unused bridges. The SP had a turntable and roundhouse beyond the trees in the center of the photo, while the bridge on the left served a business and some team tracks. The track curving in from the right was the Kansas City Southern's former Louisiana & Arkansas line from New Orleans, while the two tracks underneath the bridges were the KCS line from Port Arthur. |
