| After holding out for a very long time, CP finally started sending GEs to the D&H, probably becuase the number of serviceable SD40 types had dwindled to the point where they couldnt cover all the trains. We see 252 arriving off the Susquehanna River bridge, about to cross under Conklin Rd and enter East Binghamton yard with 76 cars. |
