The former Santa Fe station at Stockton is looking good. It appears nicely kept, and the grounds are clean. For a place that made a name for itself on automobiles, California seems to have made its passenger rail attractive and useful, for the most part. Maybe they can teach someone at Amtrak HQ a thing or two. |
