Tom Beckett General Cool shot of the old CR signals(LV used targets), which are happily still in place, probably not for long. Just west of here, there was a diamond where the Reading line to Trenton crossed the LV on its way from the CNJ to Philly, used by freights to Jersey City and the Crusaders. That was a fun train to ride. I did it on RDC's back in 1981, shortly before the service was cut back to West Trenton. 10/12/2018 4:20:45 AM
Steve Coraggio General Tom, Thank you very much for the history of this area. The westbound signals (CR) aer still in use. Don'tr know when NS will repalce them. I like geting shots of the signals (westbound) and interpret what they mean. As you know they are a good indicator of an approaching train. 10/12/2018 9:05:32 PM
